How to join a Zoom meeting from your desktop or mobile device?
- Download and install the Zoom desktop client or Zoom mobile app. (The Zoom web client is available if you cannot download the previous options).
- Click the URL provided by the organizer. If a URL was not included in the meeting invite, click Join a Zoom Meeting and enter the meeting details when prompted.
Best Practices
- Always use the latest version of Zoom software. For more information, see How to update to the latest version of Zoom.
- For the best audio experience, select computer audio when joining the meeting.
- You can download the Zoom mobile app on iOS or Android for HD audio.
